Psalm 57:1 (ESV)
1 Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me, for in you my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, till the storms of destruction pass by.

Poet Vivian Green wrote: “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain.” While these words are encouraging, when our storms are accompanied with thunder and lighting, dancing outside in the rain is not wise. Yet, the principle is learning to adapt to our current situation. So, let’s wait patiently in the midst of this storm, until we can sing the words of an old hymn my grandma use to sing, “…Hallelujah, hallelujah, the storm is passing over, hallelu...”
